Whoopie for Whoopies! (FREEBIE)

I have noticed whoopie pies springing up all over the place! At Starbucks. At gas stations.  In my house (again!) and since whoopie pies are springing up everywhere and I want the world to love them as much as I do...I am going to do a giveaway of the book: Whoopie Pies by Sarah Billingsley and Amy Treadwell.  I LOVE the way this books gives you history, pairing suggestions, and helpful hints.  Additionally the cakes and icings are in two different sections, so the possibilities are endless!
